If the goal is to capture a whole performance like a theatre production or concert, its essential we adopt a multi-cam approach. This means different camera operators are responsible for capturing a wide shot, performer close ups and maybe even audience reactions. These elements can then be weaved together to provide an accurate and detailed recreation of the live performance.
For more of a quick fire promo we’d typically edit pertinent highlights clips to music in order to convey an entertaining glimpse of what happens at the event.
